Executive Summary With more than 20 years of experience in Orthopedics, I have developed a vast knowledge and experience in pathological conditions of the Orthopedics. I started my journey in Orthopedics in tiny state of Ivanovo, Russia in 2000 where I was exposed to a large volume of cases including very rare medical conditions and some exceptional trauma cases.  In 2002 I had a fellowship in joint replacement at Ivanovo State Medical Academy.  I had a short-term fellowship of month in Yarosl
